If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer you a refund or store credit excluding charged shipping/delivery costs within 7 days of receipt by contacting us. The returns policy does not apply to goods that have been used, washed, damaged or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition. You must provide a proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our returns policy requirements.
When we receive your package, we will notify you by email. The item/s will be inspected and rejected or approved before the refund is issued. If the conditions of our returns policy are met, we will refund the cost of the goods excluding the shipping/delivery costs. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days of your return being received.
For Domestic Orders: We will collect from your home or an alternative address for free.
For International Orders: All shipping charges related to returns are at your expense. We do not cover return shipping costs and take no responsibility for loss of items being returned.
For Domestic Orders: If you would like to exchange an item please contact us so we can arrange this for you. We will gladly offer an exchange for your purchase within 7 days of receipt providing it meets our exchange policy. For International Orders: In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer International merchandise exchanges. You may return your item within 7 days of receipt for store credit and then use the store credit to purchase a replacement size, color, or alternative item/s (refer to returns policy).

All Items are inspected by us before being shipped or delivered to customers to ensure they are in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that the item is deemed faulty, please contact us at your earliest convenience but no later than 3 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If a replacement isn’t available you are entitled to a full refund including shipping costs.
